Due to the heavy demands put on the Dodge Ram 4WD pick-ups, one of those pesky maintenance items that are so often replaced a multiple-of-times could virtually now be replaced for the last time! The sway bar end links on the 2000-2009 4WD 2500/3500 (Diesel and HEMI) are prone to wearing or pounding out, and, even breaking when the truck is lifted on 2-post vehicle lifts due to the stress of the axel dropping.BDs Sway Bar End Links have a Dual Pivot Design that allows for greater amount of articulation and less stress. Long life Urethane bushing design allows for greater flex without breaking and will not pound out or seize due to the elements. Command the torque converter to stay locked, stay unlocked, or revert to OEM settings with the BD TorqLoc. Flip the toggle switch to position one, and the lock-up clutch is engaged, so transmission temperature remains low and the exhaust brake can work with 100-percent effectiveness (this is a manual setting and should only be selected under light load/light power conditions, such as highway driving). Position two reverts back to stock function, or can be wired to unlock the torque converter. Position three acts as an AutoLoc by commanding lock-up only when the exhaust brake is engaged - perfect setting for every day driving in all situations. Additionally, the TorqLoc has an Overdrive inverter option which allows the transmission to start out in Drive which will prevent upshift into the Overdrive gear - great for those who live in city/urban areas. Also, if you have a BD Valve Body with the second gear lock-up capability, the lock-up can be set to hold until 5-10 mph.Also available is the Torq/UnLoc which acts the same as the TorqLoc but in the third position the converter is prevented from locking up.

BDs High Performance CP3 (HPCP3) Injection Pump with up to a 72-percent increase in capacity / displacement delivers enough fuel to support up to 750hp while maintaining 24,000psi of rail pressure. The HPCP3 pump replaces the existing injection pump and simply bolts in place to produce up to 5.25 LPM versus the stock 3.05 LPM. That is right, all that fuel without going to a dual pump system – no extra pulleys, belts or pumps to install. BDs HPCP3 pumps are engineered with an enhanced metering unit and new design cam shaft with modified plungers and stroke. Plus, the HPCPS eliminates the off throttle fuel spikes common with stock pumps that can potentially damage injector nozzle tips when trying to produce more than 500hp. All of these modifications deliver long-term durability with consistent high fuel pressure supply on demand that provides efficient atomization resulting in more power, better combustion and lower EGTs. Designed for street, towing and race track applications, each HPCP3 injection pump is fully tested before leaving our facility. Chevy Duramax 6.6L and Dodge 6.7L engine applications coming soon!
