The Hammer shifter may just be the most comfortable and versatile shifter available. The unique design of the shift handle easily fits all sizes of hands providing the appropriate wrist angle and feel when shifting. The multi-position lockout trigger is spoon-shaped for easy operation in a multitude of grip positions and controls the reverse lockout feature, meeting NHRA/IHRA safety rules. Also features a smooth positive ratchet action, which only allows you to shift one gear at a time, so you'll never have to worry about missing a gear from over-shifting. Other safety features include a backup light switch, neutral safety switch and illuminated gear position indicator. The result is a shifter that is perfect for all new generation vehicles and street rods where style is not just form, but function. Includes all necessary hardware, console, 5-foot shifter cable, brackets, shift arms and detailed instructions for an easy at home installation. This shifter comes with all necessary parts for use with three and four-speed automatic transmissions such as 1966 and later Chrysler Torqueflite A727, A904, A500, and A518 transmissions. The legendary B&M transmissions for street use are a complete ready to run unit (less converter) for high performance street and mild strip use. The Street/Strip GM 4L60E is a must have for those wanting a high performance overdrive transmission. The years of experience and skills that B&M has gained at the track have been applied to these transmissions. Several parts have been replaced to assure optimal performance including replacing the factory friction plates with high performance friction plates, a re-calibrated valve body, Beast Sunshell, reinforced input drum, all new solenoids, wiring harness along with a rebuilt performance pump to assure optimum flow rate even in demanding conditions. A chrome transmission pan is installed to contain the fluid, but is aesthetically pleasing as well. The list goes on and on, which makes the Street/Strip GM 4L60E transmissions a very desirable unit. The transmission provides firm shifts and features a standard shift pattern, these are the finest available for street and strip use. Notes: We strongly recommend protecting your investment by adding a B&M Hi-Tek SuperCooler with all new transmission installations. Max 550 HP / 450 Ft/Lbs.

The B&M Shift Improver kits feature two options to recalibrating your 1982-1993 GM TH700R4/4L60 automatic transmissions. First is the HEAVY DUTY set-up, giving you firm positive shifts without loss of driver comfort for improved performance in all street vehicles. This is a great option for performance street driving or towing. The second is our STREET/STRIP set-up. Be warned, this will deliver firm positive shifts you will feel, along with easily chirping the tires when shifting somewhat aggressively. This setting is recommend for high performance street/strip use, or for competitive events when you want the hardest, quickest shifts possible from a shift improver kit. Note: Does not fit GM TH4L60 (non-electronic) transmissions.

The transmission provides firm shifts and features a standard shift pattern, these are the finest available for street and strip use. The Street/Strip GM 4L80E automatic transmission fits GM models 1997-2015. Features a 34-element intermediate sprag, high energy intermediate band, new overdrive sprag assembly, new low roller assembly, performance friction materials, all new solenoids and wiring harness, recalibrated valve body, performance pump assembly, steel forward hub. Designed for a maximum of 800 horsepower and 650 ft/lbs. of torque. Can be used with HGM Compushift controller for transplant applications.
