This Holeshot 3200 fits 1965-91 GM TH400, 425, 375 and 1968-81 TH350, 375B (not 350C) transmissions. Holeshot torque converters are for serious-minded performance enthusiasts and offer additional strength and durability features not found in our Tork Master or Traveler series of converters. The Holeshot 2400 converter is an excellent choice for vehicles with some performance engine modifications, particularly big cams that tend to reduce low-end power and torque. The higher stall speed of this converter will launch the car in a higher rpm range where more torque is readily available, resulting in quicker acceleration. Holeshot converters feature furnace brazed impeller fins and turbine, new precision alloy impeller hub and new heavy duty needle bearings. First is the HEAVY DUTY set-up, giving you firm positive shifts without loss of driver comfort for improved performance in all street vehicles. This is a great option for performance street driving or towing. The second is our STREET/STRIP set-up. Be warned, this will deliver firm positive shifts you will feel, along with easily chirping the tires when shifting somewhat aggressively. This setting is recommend for high performance street/strip use, or for competitive events when you want the hardest, quickest shifts possible from a shift improver kit.
