Custom class 3 hitches are the most common type of receiver hitch for pickup trucks and SUVs. Because of their weight range, they are also found on full-size cars, crossovers and minivans. Each custom-fit class 3 hitch package is made for vehicle-specific mounting. This particular kit fits certain years of the Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD (see application info to verify vehicle compatibility). It provides a weight carrying capacity of 8,000 lbs. GTW and 800 lbs. TW. It is also compatible with a weight distribution hitch for level towing and a rating of 12,000 lbs. WD and 1,200 lbs. WDTW. The CURT OEM puck system 5th wheel adapter for Chevy, Ford and GMC pickups combines the functionality of CURT 5th wheel puck system products with the strength and convenience of the truck bed puck system. The adapter provides a set of industry-standard 5th wheel rails to securely mount a CURT 5th wheel hitch or roller into the bed of your truck. It is designed to fit select model years of the Chevrolet Silverado, GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD and Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty (see application info to verify fitment). It features a set of adjustable, quarter-turn anchors to quickly and easily drop into the pucks and provide a moveable platform for the 5th wheel coupling point. This puck system adapter requires a specific puck system for installation (year range specific). It features a capacity of 25,000 lbs. and is compatible with all CURT 5th wheel legs and rollers (weight capacities are limited to the lowest-rated towing component). Like our other OEM puck system 5th wheel products, the key feature of the 5th wheel puck system adapter is its quarter-turn anchors. With the hitch initially bolted onto the adapter, the adapter can easily be dropped into place whenever needed and secured with the quarter-turn anchors. The anchors can also be adjusted to help eliminate chucking noises between the adapter and under-bed platform while towing. When you are finished towing, simply turn the anchors to remove the entire assembly within seconds. The CURT 5th wheel adapter for select Chevrolet, Ford and GMC pickup trucks provides the ultimate in versatility for the CURT 5th wheel line. With a gross trailer weight capacity of 25,000 lbs., the legs are compatible with most CURT 5th wheel hitch heads (weight capacities are limited to the lowest-rated towing component). To make things even easier, this gooseneck hitch kit includes both the under-bed gooseneck hitch and the vehicle-specific installation brackets. The combined kit makes it simple to get your truck ready for towing by eliminating the need to purchase two different parts. It includes the #60611 gooseneck hitch and the #60624 installation brackets to fit certain years of the Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD (for a complete listing of compatibility, see the CURT application guide). Installation of the Double Lock EZr requires only one person, using retainer clips to keep bolts secure and the center section fully supported while mounting it into place. It also uses our patented center locator to eliminate meticulous measuring and ensure error-free drilling. The EZr also uses carriage bolts whenever possible for one-wrench tightening. Operation of the Double Lock EZr is simple and safe. It uses two locking pins and a 3/8 in. diameter handle to keep the gooseneck ball locked into the center section. The ball features a flip-over design that allows you to store it inside the receiver hole when not in use, keeping your truck bed completely free of obstructions. With a fortified center section, this hitch offers a gross trailer weight capacity up to 25,000 lbs. and a vertical load limit of 6,250 lbs., giving you the power you need to get the job done right. The CURT A16 5th wheel hitch excels in easy operation and stable, quiet 5th wheel towing. It does this with two key features: a single-throw handle and a patented head design. The single-throw handle only needs to be pulled once when coupling and uncoupling. It is designed to self-reset to the ready-to-couple position after uncoupling, allowing for fewer steps while hooking up your trailer. The patented head of the A16 features a cast yoke with poly-torsion inserts as well as interlocking jaws to create stability for your truck and trailer. These components allow the A16 to suppress shock and vibrations and reduce any additional noise coming from your trailer. In addition to its single-throw handle and cast yoke head, this 16K 5th wheel hitch comes with a three-position coupling indicator. The indicator is visible from the cab of your pickup truck and eliminates the need to get in and out of the truck cab to check the connection while coupling or uncoupling. The A16 also has an extra wide head to make coupling even easier, one-pin head removal to make it simple to move the hitch, and a GTW rating of 16,000 lbs. to tow a variety of 5th wheel trailers. Like the other CURT A-series hitches, the A16 is coated with a durable carbide powder coat finish. This particular A16 hitch comes with a set of CURT OEM puck system 5th wheel legs, designed to be mounted on select Chevrolet or GMC long-bed pickups with the bed puck system (year range specific). In the world of commercial towing, more is expected. A job cannot be completed if the equipment cannot handle the workload. That is why CURT developed the Commercial Duty class 5 trailer hitch. Constructed from steel and engineered for power, these class 5 hitches are designed to complement the towing power of full-size, commercial pickup trucks, including diesels and chassis cabs. They can easily handle a variety of oversize trailers, including toy and car haulers, livestock trailers, dumper trailers, large flatbed trailers, large boat trailers and more (NOTE: Never exceed the lowest weight capacity of any towing component). This particular class 5 hitch features a gross trailer weight capacity of 20,000 lbs. and a tongue weight capacity of 2,700 lbs. It is designed to be a custom trailer hitch for certain years of the Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD (to verify your vehicle compatibility, see application info). All CURT Commercial Duty class 5 hitches feature a 2-1/2 in. x 2-1/2 in. receiver tube opening to accept the strongest of ball mounts and towing accessories. They are perfect for mounting standard ball mounts, pintle mounts, tow hooks and weight distribution hitches as well as w in. mounts and cargo carriers. CURT class 5 tow hitches are protected by a co-curing of liquid Bonderite and carbide black powder coat finish. They also mount with grade-8 hardware, included with each hitch.
