The adapter is designed to securely mount a CURT 5th wheel slider and hitch head into the bed of your Chevy or GMC truck, using the OEM puck system. It is designed to fit the puck system in select model years of the Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD with 6.5-foot bed (see application info to verify fitment) (compatible with CURT 5th wheel hitches only). It features a set of adjustable, quarter-turn anchors to quickly and easily drop into the pucks and provide a moveable platform for the 5th wheel coupling point. It features a capacity of 20,000 lbs. and is compatible with most CURT 5th wheel heads (weight capacities are limited to the lowest-rated towing component).
